Orders are only denied due to a failure of verification. This means that the information provided to us (i.e., address, phone number, name or billing information) did not match what the financial institution has on file for you. Due to the policies that govern our sales, we're required to handle all security measures internally. Unfortunately, many people attempt to use stolen information to purchase our items, and this requires us to deny any order we find potentially fraudulent. If you feel your order was denied in error, please feel free to contact us and we'll get it straightened out as quickly as possible.
The two main causes of an order being refunded are products not being available in a timely manner, or the inability for us to verify an order or your personal information. Please check the email that's sent with your refund for complete details, information, and instructions.
